Unfortunately it seemed liked Stephen didn’t want to put pressure on Eric.

Well we still got the it was a joke quote to remember and to laugh at. Of course it’s disturbing to hear the CEO of Don’t be evil company joking on data persistence and memory.

if I write I’ve smoked marihuana now and I want to travel to USA in 35 years I can be googled, found and blocked. And that’s no joke, sorry..

Gmail Priority Inbox sucks; Bring back Google Wave

Sunday, 5 September 2010 4 comments

Priority Inbox for me is the only “beta” thing in gmail that I commit to NEVER USING from the beginning.

Not only because it’s idiotic to prioritize some mails than others (all mails are equal [unless they're spam]) but because for me this mark an era for Google that they start to ship stuff that are not cool and target the idiots (that can’t do a filter in GMail)

As a Google fan, I’ve always liked their geekeness (and the fact that they combine it with great UI).

I’ve read the Google Wave Future entry in their official blog, and it seems to me as if the devs didn’t like the idea of Wave dying. I don’t like it either as customer. That’s why I’ve already found an alternative called ShareFlow (inferior though)

I bet Google canceled Wave cause they couldn’t put ads in or doesn’t fit the Android/Chrome OS mania.

Google Maps Quality Assurance again below zero

Friday, 12 December 2008 3 comments

It’s been almost a month and all the main streets in Athens were renamed from NORMAL NAME to PARODOS NORMAL NAME (Parodos means tiny road close to the main road).

It’s yet another quality assurance success by Google Maps. More here (yeah half greek sorry)

I still remember that guy from Google Hellas in an Open Coffee recently and I can say that he is yet another Mike Butcher. Ο ΝΟΩΝ ΝΟΕΙΤΟ

Are you sure?
It’s available since Summer 07 (IOW for 1,5 year) but nobody cares to intergrate that.
Bravo Google!

Is Web2.0 still open?

Nice comment (one of the few moments that the article is worse than the comment!). A lot of OSNews commenters are of high quality and that is the only reason that I still follow that site’s feed.
